2016 Governing Council Meeting

Members of the PacIOOS Governing Council gathered for their annual meeting at the beginning of November. Following detailed program updates, discussions focused on the draft outline of PacIOOS’ revised Strategic Plan. Governing Council members from across the U.S. Pacific Islands region represent various sectors and provide valuable feedback to help guide the future direction of the program.

Meeting agenda and meeting summary are available in the PacIOOS Documents section, along with meeting materials from previous Governing Council meetings.

The PacIOOS Governing Council consists of members elected by Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signatories and serve for 3-year terms. View the most recent council representation. If your organization is interested to become a MOA partner, please contact our office at info@pacioos.org.
