Surf Forecast

Computer model simulations of ocean waves for the waters surrounding each of the main Hawaiʻian islands from Simulating WAves Nearshore (SWAN) as well as globally and regionally from WaveWatch III (WW3). Additionally, WW3 is used to forecast the Mariana Islands and the Samoan Islands while SWAN forecasts Guam, Guam's Apra Harbor, and the island of Tutuila in American Samoa. These provide a scientific prediction of current and future sea state; as with any forecast, however, accuracy cannot be guaranteed and caution is advised.
