NOAA/NWS High Seas Forecast Discussion

Shows the latest official high seas (international waters) marine forecast discussions issued by NOAA/NWS Weather Forecast Offices throughout the U.S. and some affiliated territories. These forecasts are issued at least four times per day and include predictions of significant wave height, surface wind direction and speeds out to 48 hours. The forecasts also include information on positions and movements of significant weather features of concern to mariners such as fronts and low pressure systems. It can also include discussions of dense fog (visibility below one nautical mile) and significant structural vessel icing.
