Benthic habitat maps for the nearshore waters of American-affiliated islands throughout the Pacific, including American Samoa, CNMI, Guam, Hawaiʻi, and Palau. NOAA's National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) produced these maps to support coral reef research and management. Habitat regions were digitally identified using visual interpretation of orthorectified satellite imagery.
